Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that I do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
I ship both domestically and internationally. While I aim to ship worldwide, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and accessible for delivery.
Shipping Options
Shipping options include standard and tracked services, with rates and delivery times based on package weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping: May not include tracking.

Tracked Shipping: Includes tracking and insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Non-Tracked Shipping Disclaimer
If you choose non-tracked shipping, please note that I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. By selecting this option, you acknowledge that the shipment is at your own risk, and I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that fail to arrive. I recommend choosing tracked shipping for peace of mind.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may apply to your order when shipping internationally. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient. I have no control over these fees, nor can I predict their amount.
Before placing your order, I encourage you to review your country’s import policies to understand potential costs.
Tracking and Delivery
If you choose a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. For non-tracked orders, I cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost or delayed in transit. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier service directly for assistance with delayed or missing parcels.
Incorrect Shipping Details:
If you provide incorrect shipping details and fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been shipped, the lost parcel becomes your responsibility. Occasionally, an incorrect address can be corrected, and I will always try to resolve the situation. However, if the package is lost due to incorrect details, I will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Packaging
I take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged, using as many recyclable materials as possible. All parcels are marked with ‘fragile’ tape to ensure safe handling during transit.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the rare case of a delivery issue:
- If tracking indicates the courier made a mistake, I encourage you to contact them directly for resolution.
- If the mistake is on my end (e.g., incorrect shipping information), I will issue a refund or resend your order.
- If your parcel is lost or has not arrived, I will work with you to find a resolution. However, please keep in mind that if you opted for a non-tracked shipping option, I cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
Damaged Parcels:
- If your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please contact me right away with photographs of the damage.
Returns and Refunds
I only accept returns or issue refunds if the product arrives damaged or the issue is a result of my error.
Insurance
Goods shipped with a tracked option are insured. If you would like added peace of mind, I recommend selecting a tracked option at checkout.
Shipping Delays
While I strive for timely delivery, delays can sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond my control. If this happens, please use the tracking number to follow up with the courier.
